The plot in the latest film in this series take place in Oslo in 1960. Egon Olsen is hanging around in the orphanage, dreaming of new hauls. The orphanage director would rather be a circus manager. He embezzles money intended for the children at the orphanage, and with his dubious partners, he plots to take over the town's circus. Consequently, the Olsen gang need all their cunning and smart tricks to prevent the circus from going bankrupt, sabotage the bandits' plans, and bring back the money. - nfi.no
