Ollie Crow (Joseph Friend) is only 10 years old, but he can recognize that his family is falling apart. His mother has had an affair with the womanizing father of Ollie's best friend, Zoe. His parents argue, and his own clumsiness just seems to make things worse. Ollie is determined to keep his parents together, first by being the best little boy in the world, and failing that, the worst. He feigns an eating disorder and writes essays that alarm his parents and teachers about his psychological state. Before it's all over his friend Zoe will abandon him over his increasingly extreme behavior, and Ollie may prove to be almost as disturbed as he thinks he is pretending to be. A darkly comic family drama that was a three-part mini-series in the U.K.
