After young Marty Preston rescued Shiloh from his abusive owner, Judd Travers, he thought his troubles were over. Юный Марти Престон (Захари Броуни) все-таки сумел вырвать Шайло из рук, злобного бывшего хозяина Джадда (Скотт Уилсон), пьяницы и хулигана, и собака теперь живет в окружении любви. Негодяй, вопреки закону, охотится на земле Престонов, требует, чтобы ему вернули пса, и никак не может успокоиться.
