i can't remember much of the movie except one scene, a woman and a man are escaping a tribe on a raft. the tribe starts shooting arrows on them, the woman gets hit in the genitals, the man removes the arrow and says "i have to suck the poison out" or something like this. they go off screen then we hear the woman having a loud orgasm.
anyone remembers something like this ?
