This is an excellent coming of age movie with superb acting. Michael (Bill Milner) is scared, lost and is being bullied not by his peers at school but, mostly by his PE teacher something you can see in most PE classes. After moving to a new house and discovering a birdlike creature in an old shed near by he starts to face up his fears. In the mean time he befriends with a girl who pays more attention to details than just look at "the big picture" and this gives Michael much needed boost to stand up and solve his problems. This movie is very uplifting even the old lady (Grace) in the hospital ward is full of life even though, she has her own sad moments. In general this movie deals with relationships very delicately. It worth watching it. Rating: 9/10 |
