After reading in the newspaper that smoking marijuana will make you want to kill your best friend, a group of young boys in the late 1930's tie up of their friends to a tree and test it out on him. Meanwhile, the boys father, a violent drunk, notices his pipe missing and sets out to find it. When he reaches the kids and recovers his pipe, he demands an explanation. Waiting for his son's rather slow response, Mr. Brow inadvertantly starts smoking the pipe, not knowing what it is stuffed with. Soon his violent nature is mellowed and he walks away. - IMDb
