Jo (11) is a slowpoke. When she misses her bus - again - she calls her big brother Robert to pick her up as usual. Instead, his girlfriend Caro comes. An accident on the way home changes Jo's life forever. Three months later: broken bones have healed. Jo is tired of talking about Caro's death. She starts a new hobby, ice hockey: new physicality, new friendships, a place where she's unknown. But her brother is the one who has to pick her up from training.
