10 year old Carlitos is visiting his dad on the last day of The Fallas in Valencia. That day is the deadline for his dad to pay a debt that is due. After a discussion Carlitos is lost in the mass of tourists visiting the city. While looking for his son he try to collect the money to pay the debt.
