The action takes place in Siedlce, at the headquarters of the company dealing in the production of "Kropliczanka" mineral water. Its president, Michal, a man devoid of self-reflection, strives for attention and recognition with every word and gesture. When the company is taken over by a new owner and employees start to worry about their jobs, only Michal is optimistic about the changes.
