Adapted from the eponym Franch best-seller, and loosely based on a true story, a constant come and go between the real and oniric lives of dreamy young Nicolas (Cl?ment van den Bergh). The movie atmosphere is mostly sombre, but 2 "controversial scenes lighten it a little. In the first, Nicolas discovers a strange sticky liquid on his tummy after an intense dream... In the second another boy gets half-pantsed, in good humor, bringing a smile to onlookers. Then, a mark on the uncovered object of attention sets poor Nicolas on another nightmare bout. |
