With regard to the original question, if we are talking about the merits of the song itself rather than the context (performance/choreography etc.) then how about "The Pilutta Song" from the "Madicken" films?

Just thought I'd mention it now as you have listed "Madicken" (aka "Madita") as showing on German TV over the next few days:
