Saw this one long back in early 90s.
Don't even remember the story correctly. But there was a scene where a boy goes to a prostitute for the first time. She washes his penis and then guides him in the further process.
One more scene where his father tries to have sex with a lady while playing on the pool table.

The first part sounds a lot like "Maléna", can't say about the other scene though.
