Does anyone know the title of a foreign film where a boy of about 9 from a well-to-do family is taunting a female housekeeper by standing in the corridor wearing just a man's tie around his privates. The view we have is of his bottom. The housekeeper is horrified, but the (bearded) father of the boy is secretly amused. Any ideas what film this is?
