Christmas is coming, something that 12-year-old Jim hardly looks forward to. As the class dork, he's often used by his classmates. At home his anxious mother is not able to get out of bed. One day, weird Terje (called "Pitbullterje") moves into the neighborhood. He insists on being best buddies with Jim, even if this leads to even more problems for him.

Но когда в классе Джима появляется новенький ученик — огромный страшный на вид толстый мальчик, агрессивно и грубо общающийся с окружающими, да еще и категорично объявляющий Джима своим лучшим другом, в жизни Джима и его мамы многое меняется…
